Mike July is the founder of MoxieMen Incorporated and has been providing digital marketing services since 2009.
Mike’s specialties include strategic planning, user-experience optimization, SEO (search engine optimization), team leadership and client relations.
In his spare time, Mike likes to read, occasionally add to his marriage-enhancing collection of left-handed guitars, and hang out at Van Andel Arena cheering on the Calder Cup Champion Grand Rapids Griffins. Mike also hosts the MoxieMen Podcast, where he sits down with entrepreneurs, business owners and interesting people from his network to talk about business, strategy and the experiences that shape how people build their careers.
Mike is married to his wife Angie and has three children: Elizabeth, Thomas and Dominick.
I’m Kate, a natural-born storyteller with a sharp sense for business strategy. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across industries including hospitality, retail, wellness, and healthcare, gaining a broad perspective on how different businesses operate and connect with their customers. That experience allows me to quickly identify what makes a company valuable and translate it into clear, focused marketing strategy.
Kate’s role with the MoxieMen team is to help businesses define who they are, sharpen their message, and communicate it with clarity. Her ability to combine creative thinking with practical business insight helps clients cut through the noise and focus on the strategies that actually move the needle.
Haley is a marketing strategist, content creator, graphic designer, and web developer with more than 15 years of experience helping brands stand out. She has worked with companies nationwide across a wide range of industries – from construction and manufacturing to book publishing and sports marketing – bringing a strategic and creative approach to every project.
Four years ago, Haley added another venture to her portfolio by launching Grazing Co. Charcuterie, a catering company known for beautifully curated charcuterie boxes and large-scale grazing tables for weddings and corporate events.
When she’s not working with clients or assembling the perfect cheese board, Haley is usually reading, brainstorming her next idea, or running between school activities and sports with her three very busy kids.
A lifelong wordnerd, Mike’s writing background stretches from fiction to blogging, poetry to website copy, newsletters to advice columns. He earned a BA in Creative Writing from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2007, and has been working as a writer and editor in various capacities over the course of the last decade.
With a love of language and a keen eye for detail, Mike enjoys creating (and revising) content across a wide range of topics, and relentlessly pursues the improvement of his craft.

Practicing digital marketing since 2009, Juliette helps businesses beat their competition to the first page of Google using Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Online Reputation Management (ORM), targeted and custom marketing avenues, and lead generation. She’s confident that someone, somewhere is writing code that recognizes when we purchase something online so that those ads quit following us!
She owns and operates GuidedComm.com to help businesses succeed online.

Kate Howland is a graphic designer with over six years of professional experience. She specializes in publication design, layout for print and digital spaces, corporate identity, photo manipulation, data-based infographics, and vector illustration.
Kate has accrued a wide range of skills and experience from working in every level of design, from Mom-and-Pop print shops, to statewide media corporations.
Aside from the daily rigors of full-time work, Kate is an avid knitter who spends her non-design time creating handmade knitted creations for friends and family.
She hopes to bring her passion for design and spunky personality to your next project.
A Michigan native, Aaron has spent more than 30 years shooting in a variety of genres. Aaron studied Art History at Western Michigan University and was awarded the Presidential Scholar and ArtStar. He’s had Batik Textiles and Acrylic Paintings exhibited internationally, and has created video productions for many corporations, small businesses, and individuals. As a headshot photographer, he brings the unique perspective of being a filmmaker as well as a photographer.
He’s directed two feature films, eight short films, twelve music videos, and collaborated with countless models, actors, and artists. His music videos have been featured in XXL, Complex, and The Source. His photographs have appeared in Fortune Magazine, CNet, Engadget, Amazon, Wal-Mart, and Geek.com.
In addition to his photography and video work, Aaron enjoys hosting educational workshops, working closely with an art education nonprofit, and participating in several local camera clubs.
